All products sold by MARFA LAB are digital products delivered electronically. No physical items are shipped. By purchasing, the customer receives access to the digital files included with the selected product. Redistribution, resale, sharing or unauthorized reproduction of the original digital files is prohibited.

Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products and immediate access to downloadable files, all sales are generally final. If a file is defective, corrupted or cannot be accessed, please contact us and we will provide assistance or a replacement file where appropriate.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

Digital products cannot be physically returned or exchanged after delivery. Orders generally cannot be cancelled once the digital files have been accessed or downloaded. If you experience a technical problem with your purchase, please contact MARFA LAB for assistance.
