How do I buy a digital product?
Browse our categories or use search to find a product. Add it to your cart and complete checkout. You’ll need an account (or can create one at checkout) so your downloads stay linked to you.
How do I download my files after purchase?
As soon as your payment is confirmed, your files become available under My Account → Downloads, and a download link is also emailed to you. You can re-download your purchases anytime from your account.
What payment methods are accepted?
ExDFS is crypto-native: pay with Bitcoin, USDT or 50+ other coins through our secure checkout. No PayPal, credit card or bank account is needed, so you can buy from any country. The full list of supported coins is shown at checkout.
Can I get a refund?
Because digital files are delivered instantly, all sales are generally final. However, cases like corrupted files, misdescribed products, or failed delivery are covered — see our Refund Policy for details.
What file formats are available?
Formats vary by product — PDF, DOCX, XLSX, PNG, ZIP and more. Each product page lists the exact file types included, so check the description before you buy.
Is it safe to buy on ExDFS?
Yes. Downloads are delivered through secure, account-protected links, checkout is encrypted, and listed products go through our content review process. If anything goes wrong, our support team is here to help.

How do I become a seller?
Registration is free. Go to Sell on ExDFS, create your vendor account, and set up your store — you can start uploading products right away.
What commission does ExDFS take?
Founding Sellers (our first 20 approved stores) pay 0% commission until their first $1,000 in sales, then a permanent 15%. The standard rate starts at 20% and falls to 7% as monthly volume grows — full details are in our Commission Policy.
How do I get paid?
Payouts are sent in USDT (TRC20 or BEP20) directly to your own wallet once your available balance reaches $25 (no minimum for Founding Sellers) — no PayPal or bank account required. Approved withdrawals are paid within 5 business days and ExDFS covers the network fee. See the Seller Payout Policy for schedules and details.
What products can I sell?
Any original digital file you have the rights to sell — eBooks, templates, graphics, courses, AI prompt packs, printables and more. All listings are subject to our Content Review Policy.
How do I upload products?
From your Seller Dashboard you can add products, upload files, set prices, and track your sales — no technical skills needed.
