ExDFS Founding Creator Program Agreement
Version creator-v1.0 — July 2026. Please read this Agreement together with our Privacy Policy. By submitting a Founding Creator application you confirm you have read and accepted this Agreement.
1. The program
The ExDFS Founding Creator Program is a revenue-share partnership. Approved creators receive a unique discount code and earn a commission on verified sales of the three featured program products made using that code. The founding cohort is intentionally limited to 50 creators.
2. Eligibility & your code
Participation is by application and approval only, is free, and requires no upfront payment. On approval you receive a personal discount code that gives your audience 30% off the three program products. Sales are attributed to you through this code. You may not buy through your own code to generate self-commissions, and you may not share the code in a way that misrepresents the offer.
3. Commission
You earn 50% of the amount the buyer actually pays for each of the three program products purchased with your code (i.e. after the 30% discount). Commissions are recorded in your creator dashboard when an order reaches a paid/processing or completed status. If an order is later refunded, reversed, charged back, or found to be fraudulent or in breach of this Agreement, the related commission is void and may be deducted from your balance.
4. Payouts (USDT · TRON / TRC20)
- Payouts are made in USDT on the TRON network (TRC20) only.
- There is no minimum threshold and no fixed holding period; you may request a payout of your available balance at any time from your dashboard.
- Payouts are sent on demand and are subject to review/approval before they are sent on-chain. They are not instantaneous or automatic.
- Each payout is a real on-chain transaction; its transaction hash is shown in your dashboard once sent.
- ExDFS covers the on-chain network (gas) fee, so you receive your full commission amount.
- You are solely responsible for providing a correct TRC20 address. Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible — funds sent to an address you provided cannot be recovered by ExDFS.
- If an on-chain transfer fails, the amount is returned to your available balance so you can correct your address and request again.
5. Featured products are final sale
The three program products are digital goods sold as final sale (no refunds), because checkout is settled in cryptocurrency, which is irreversible. This is disclosed to buyers at checkout.
6. Your conduct
You agree to promote ExDFS honestly and in your own authentic voice, to make truthful claims, to disclose your partnership where required by law, and not to use spam, misleading advertising, trademark infringement, or paid search bidding on ExDFS brand terms. You keep full creative control and there is no exclusivity requirement.
7. Relationship & termination
You participate as an independent partner; this Agreement does not create employment, agency, or a joint venture. Either party may end the partnership at any time. Confirmed, non-reversed commissions already earned remain payable.
8. Creator data & privacy
To operate the program we collect and store the information you submit in your application (including your name, email, country, platform and channel links, audience details and answers), together with your social/creator profile, your payout wallet address, your earnings and withdrawal ledger, and your payout transaction records. We use this data to review your application, attribute sales, calculate and send payouts, and communicate with you. This processing is covered by our Privacy Policy.
9. Changes
We may update this Agreement as the program evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated version. Continued participation after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
