ExDFS Creator Program Agreement

This Agreement governs participation in the ExDFS Creator Program. By applying or participating, you agree to these terms.
1. Program and eligibility
Approved Creators receive a unique, non-expiring Creator code and referral link. Participation is free and non-exclusive. ExDFS may approve, decline, suspend or remove participants to protect customers and the program.
2. One complimentary review product
In the application, the Creator selects one currently available paid ExDFS product they genuinely intend to review first. After approval, ExDFS may add that product to the Creator's account at no charge. The review product has no cash value, cannot be resold, transferred or exchanged, and is normally selected only once. ExDFS may approve a replacement only if the product is unavailable, defective, incomplete or materially different from its listing.
The complimentary product is only a starting point for evaluation. The Creator code remains valid across all eligible paid ExDFS products. Free products generate no Revenue Share.
3. Buyer discount and Revenue Share
For a qualifying order, the buyer receives 20% off the original pre-discount order value. Revenue Share is also calculated from that original value:
- Creator tier (start): Creator 30%, ExDFS 50%, buyer discount 20%.
- Verified Creator (from completed qualifying order 51): Creator 35%, ExDFS 45%, buyer discount 20%.
- Premier Creator (from completed qualifying order 201): Creator 40%, ExDFS 40%, buyer discount 20%.
Example: on a $100 original order at the starting tier, the buyer pays $80, the Creator earns $30 and ExDFS retains $50.
4. Qualifying orders and attribution
Each completed qualifying order counts once for tier progress, regardless of the number of products or quantities in that order. Revenue Share may appear as pending when an order enters processing and becomes withdrawable when the order is completed.
The valid Creator code applied to the final order determines attribution. Orders without a Creator code cannot be attributed retroactively. A valid referral link may remember the code for 30 days, but the code on the final order remains authoritative. Creator codes do not expire.
5. Promotion standards and prohibited conduct
Creators must make honest, accurate disclosures and clearly identify sponsored, affiliate or revenue-sharing relationships when required. Creators may not make false product claims, impersonate ExDFS, send unlawful spam, use misleading advertising, self-refer, create fabricated orders, manipulate tiers or publish codes on public coupon/deal websites. Paid search or domain bidding using ExDFS trademarks requires written approval.
6. Refunds, fraud and adjustments
An approved customer refund caused by a product or website issue does not reduce the Creator's earned Revenue Share. ExDFS may withhold or reverse credit only for proven fraud, self-referral, fabricated orders, duplicate attribution, payment fraud or a material violation of this Agreement, and will document the reason.
7. Payouts
Creators may request on-demand payouts from their dashboard in USDT using TRON (TRC20) or BSC (BEP20), subject to administrative review. The Creator must select the correct network and provide a matching address. Blockchain transfers are irreversible. ExDFS covers the network fee; a failed or rejected request is returned to the available dashboard balance.
8. Content and intellectual property
The Creator owns their original content. The Creator grants ExDFS a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right to repost, quote or link to public promotional content for program and marketplace marketing, with attribution where practical. Product files remain subject to their ExDFS license and may not be redistributed or resold.
9. Independent relationship, taxes and compliance
The Creator is an independent participant, not an employee, agent or legal representative of ExDFS. The Creator is responsible for complying with applicable advertising, consumer-protection, sanctions and tax rules. ExDFS may request information reasonably required by law or a payment provider.
10. Suspension and termination
Either party may end participation at any time. ExDFS may suspend a code or payout during an investigation and may terminate participation for fraud, misuse, customer harm or material breach. Legitimate, undisputed earnings remain payable.
11. Changes and contact
ExDFS may update this Agreement prospectively. Material changes will be posted or communicated before they apply to future activity. Questions may be sent through the ExDFS Contact page.
By submitting the Creator application, you confirm that you have read and accepted this Agreement and the ExDFS Privacy Policy.
