Overview

This Seller Payout Policy explains how seller earnings, wallet balances, withdrawal requests, and payouts are processed on the ExDFS marketplace.

By registering as a seller and using the ExDFS platform, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.


Seller Earnings

When a product is successfully sold on ExDFS:

  1. The applicable marketplace commission is automatically deducted.
  2. The remaining amount is credited to the seller’s wallet.
  3. Earnings are initially placed in a pending balance for security and verification purposes.

Only available balances may be withdrawn.


Seller Wallet

Every approved seller receives access to a Seller Wallet within the Seller Dashboard.

The wallet displays:

  • Total Earnings
  • Pending Balance
  • Available Balance
  • Withdrawal History
  • Payout Status

Sellers are responsible for maintaining accurate payout information at all times.


Pending Balance & Security Review Period

To protect buyers, sellers, and the marketplace from fraud, disputes, chargebacks, and unauthorized activity, all seller earnings remain in a pending status for a review period.

Pending Period

All earnings remain pending for 7 calendar days before becoming available for withdrawal.

During this period, ExDFS may:

  • Verify transactions
  • Review refund requests
  • Investigate suspicious activity
  • Confirm successful delivery of digital products
  • Conduct fraud-prevention checks

Once the review period has expired and no issues are identified, funds will automatically move from the Pending Balance to the Available Balance.


Minimum Withdrawal Requirement

To maintain efficient payout processing and reduce transaction costs, sellers must meet the minimum withdrawal threshold.

Minimum Withdrawal Amount

$100 USD

Withdrawal requests below this amount cannot be submitted.

Balances below the minimum threshold will remain available in the seller wallet until the minimum withdrawal amount is reached.


Withdrawal Requests

Withdrawals are not processed automatically.

To receive payment, sellers must:

  1. Log into their Seller Dashboard.
  2. Open the Withdrawal section.
  3. Submit a withdrawal request.
  4. Wait for review and processing by ExDFS.

ExDFS reserves the right to review all withdrawal requests before releasing funds.


Withdrawal Processing Time

Approved withdrawal requests are typically processed within:

3–7 Business Days

Processing times may vary depending on:

  • Security reviews
  • Account verification requirements
  • Platform workload
  • Technical issues
  • Public holidays
  • Compliance checks

ExDFS does not guarantee instant payouts.


Supported Payout Methods

ExDFS currently supports cryptocurrency payouts.

Supported payout methods may include:

  • USDT (TRC20)
  • USDT (BEP20)

Additional payout methods may be added in the future.

The currently available payout options will always be displayed in the Seller Dashboard.


Seller Wallet Address Responsibility

Sellers are solely responsible for providing accurate payout information.

This includes:

  • Wallet addresses
  • Blockchain network selection
  • Payment details

Payments sent to incorrect wallet addresses provided by the seller cannot be reversed.

ExDFS is not responsible for losses resulting from inaccurate payout information supplied by sellers.


Payout Approval and Security Controls

For security and fraud prevention purposes, ExDFS may:

  • Review withdrawal requests manually
  • Request additional account verification
  • Delay processing where necessary
  • Place temporary holds on funds
  • Reject suspicious withdrawal requests

These measures help protect both sellers and the marketplace.


Payout Holds and Delays

ExDFS reserves the right to temporarily delay, suspend, or hold payouts in situations including:

  • Active refund requests
  • Copyright disputes
  • Fraud investigations
  • Policy violations
  • Suspicious account activity
  • Legal or regulatory compliance requirements

Funds may remain on hold until the matter has been fully resolved.


Taxes and Compliance

Sellers are solely responsible for:

  • Tax reporting
  • Tax payments
  • Business registration requirements
  • Compliance with local laws and regulations

ExDFS does not provide legal, accounting, or tax advice.


Account Suspension

If a seller account is suspended, restricted, or terminated, ExDFS may:

  • Delay pending withdrawals
  • Review account activity
  • Hold disputed funds
  • Release eligible balances after investigation where appropriate

ExDFS reserves the right to take any action necessary to protect buyers, sellers, and the platform.


Fraud Prevention

ExDFS actively monitors transactions and seller activity.

Attempts to manipulate sales, abuse refund systems, create fraudulent orders, or circumvent marketplace policies may result in:

  • Product removal
  • Account suspension
  • Permanent account termination
  • Withdrawal restrictions
  • Legal action where applicable

Future Improvements

ExDFS may introduce additional payout automation, payment methods, or withdrawal features in the future.

Any such changes will be announced through the Seller Dashboard or official platform communications.


Policy Updates

ExDFS reserves the right to modify this Seller Payout Policy at any time.

Updated versions will be published on the website.

Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
