Because digital products can be downloaded, copied, and retained after purchase, refunds are limited to specific circumstances.
Eligible Refund Situations
A refund may be approved if one or more of the following conditions apply:
Product Not Delivered
The purchased product cannot be accessed or downloaded due to a technical issue that cannot be resolved by ExDFS or the seller.
Corrupted or Broken Files
The product files are damaged, incomplete, or unusable, and the seller is unable to provide a working replacement within a reasonable timeframe.
Product Significantly Different from Description
The product received is materially different from the description, screenshots, previews, or advertised features.
Minor differences, design preferences, or subjective dissatisfaction do not qualify for a refund.
Duplicate Purchase
A customer accidentally purchases the same product more than once.
In such cases, ExDFS may refund the duplicate purchase after verification.
Unauthorized Transaction
A purchase was made without the customer’s authorization and sufficient evidence is provided.
ExDFS reserves the right to investigate all such claims.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will generally not be granted for:
Change of Mind
The buyer no longer wants the product after purchase.
Lack of Technical Knowledge
The buyer does not know how to use the product.
Compatibility Issues Not Disclosed Before Purchase
The buyer failed to review product requirements, software compatibility information, or usage instructions before purchasing.
Personal Preferences
The buyer dislikes the design, style, color scheme, format, or content after purchase.
Downloaded Products
Once a product has been successfully downloaded or accessed, refunds may be denied unless the product is defective or materially misrepresented.
Failure to Read Product Details
Buyers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, previews, specifications, and requirements before making a purchase.
Refund Request Process
To request a refund, buyers must:

- Provide the order number.
- Explain the reason for the request.
- Submit any supporting evidence if requested.
Incomplete requests may be rejected.
Refund Request Deadline

Where the original payment method is unavailable, ExDFS may provide an alternative refund method at its discretion.
Fraud Prevention
ExDFS reserves the right to deny refund requests where there is evidence of:
- Abuse of the refund system
- Fraudulent activity
- Multiple unreasonable refund requests
- Attempts to obtain digital products without payment
Accounts engaging in such activity may be restricted or suspended.
Marketplace Role
ExDFS operates as a marketplace connecting buyers and sellers.
While ExDFS facilitates transactions and dispute resolution, sellers remain responsible for the quality, accuracy, and legality of their products.
Policy Updates
ExDFS reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time.
Changes become effective upon publication on the website.
Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
