A Creator partnership is easier to trust when every dollar can be explained. The ExDFS Creator Program uses the original, pre-discount order value as the common base for the buyer discount, Creator Revenue Share and ExDFS share.
This guide shows the calculation at each tier, explains when earnings become withdrawable and clarifies why a multi-product order still counts as one qualifying order.
The three-part split
When a qualifying buyer uses a Creator code, the original order value is divided among the buyer discount, Creator Revenue Share and ExDFS share. These percentages always total 100%.

The buyer payment remains $80 at every tier because the audience discount remains 20%. As the Creator reaches milestones, five percentage points move from the ExDFS share to the Creator share.

These examples are illustrative. The actual dashboard records qualifying line items and rounds monetary values to cents.
When do the 35% and 40% tiers begin?
- The starting 30% tier covers completed qualifying orders 1–50.
- The 35% tier begins with completed qualifying order 51.
- The 40% tier begins with completed qualifying order 201.
The key word is completed. A pending or processing order does not yet count toward the milestone. This prevents incomplete orders from upgrading a tier.
Why one order counts once
Tier progress is based on distinct completed orders—not the number of products, quantities or ledger lines. If a buyer purchases three eligible products in one checkout, Revenue Share can be recorded for each eligible line, but the tier counter increases by exactly one order.
One buyer checkout = one qualifying order for tier progress, regardless of how many eligible products it contains.
Pending versus withdrawable earnings
- The buyer places a qualifying order using the Creator code.
- When the order reaches processing, eligible Revenue Share is recorded as pending.
- When the order is completed, the pending entries become confirmed and withdrawable.
- The completed order then increases the Creator’s distinct-order tier count by one.
What if the customer receives a refund?
An approved refund caused by a product or website problem does not automatically reduce the Creator’s earnings. The Creator did not cause the product issue. Proven fraud, self-referral, fabricated orders or duplicate attribution are different and may be removed through a documented adjustment.
What does not earn Revenue Share?
- Free products, because the original paid value is zero.
- Orders completed without a valid Creator code.
- Self-referrals or fabricated orders.
- Products explicitly excluded from the Creator Program.
- Orders that never reach the required qualifying state.
How payouts affect the dashboard
Confirmed earnings increase the available balance. A requested withdrawal reserves the requested amount so it cannot be requested twice. If an administrator rejects or returns a payout request, the amount goes back to the available balance. Once paid, the dashboard can show the transaction hash for on-chain verification.
Payouts are made in USDT on TRON (TRC20) or BSC (BEP20). The Creator chooses the network and supplies a matching address. ExDFS covers the on-chain network fee for the payout.
Why this model is designed for early Creators
ExDFS is newly launched and wants the economics to be understandable before Creators introduce it to an audience. The starting 30% share rewards early participation; the 35% and 40% tiers reward demonstrated order volume without removing the audience’s 20% benefit.
