DMCA & Copyright Policy
How ExDFS handles copyright claims — and how rights holders can request content removal.

Our Commitment to Copyright
ExDFS (Expo Digital File Store) respects intellectual property rights and expects the same from every seller on the marketplace. Sellers may only list digital files they created themselves or hold the necessary rights to sell. Listings are subject to our Content Review Policy, and we respond promptly to valid infringement notices consistent with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and equivalent international laws.
Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you believe content on ExDFS infringes your copyright, send a written notice to expodfs@gmail.com with the subject line “DMCA Takedown Notice”, including:
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed (or a representative list);
- The URL(s) of the allegedly infringing product page(s) on exdfs.com;
- Your full name, mailing address, email address, and phone number;
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf;
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Upon receiving a valid notice we will remove or disable access to the material promptly and notify the seller.
Counter-Notification
If your content was removed and you believe this was a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to the same email address, including: identification of the removed material and its former URL, your contact details, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the removal was an error, consent to jurisdiction, and your signature. If the original claimant does not file a court action within 10–14 business days, the content may be restored.
Repeat Infringer Policy
Seller accounts that receive repeated valid infringement notices are terminated, their listings removed, and pending payouts may be withheld in accordance with the Seller Agreement.
Misrepresentation Warning
Under the DMCA, anyone who knowingly and materially misrepresents that content is infringing (or was removed by mistake) may be liable for damages, including costs and attorneys’ fees.
