1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the ExDFS marketplace at exdfs.com (“ExDFS”, “we”, “us”), operated as Expo Digital File Store. By creating an account, browsing the site, or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

Sellers are additionally bound by the Seller Agreement, Seller Terms & Conditions, and related seller policies.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Accounts may not be shared, sold, or transferred. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to make purchases or open a seller account.

3. Purchasing Digital Products

When you purchase a digital product on ExDFS, you receive a license to use the file(s) — not ownership of the underlying intellectual property. Unless a product states otherwise, the license is personal, non-exclusive, and non-transferable. The specific scope of use is described in our Licensing Terms and, where applicable, on the product page itself.

Downloads are delivered digitally to your account and email after payment confirmation. Because delivery is instant, refunds are limited as described in the Refund Policy.

4. Prohibited Uses

You agree NOT to:

• Redistribute, resell, sublicense, share publicly, or give away purchased files, in whole or in part, except where the product’s license explicitly allows it;
• Upload, sell, or distribute content you do not own or lack the rights to sell, including pirated or copyright-infringing material;
• Circumvent payment, download protection, or account security mechanisms;
• Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to extract content or data from the platform;
• Engage in fraudulent transactions, fake reviews, or any activity that harms the marketplace or its users.

Violations may result in immediate account termination and, where appropriate, legal action.

5. Intellectual Property

Sellers retain ownership of the products they list. ExDFS and its licensors own the platform, branding, design, and software. Copyright concerns are handled under our DMCA & Copyright Policy — rights holders may submit takedown notices there.

6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

ExDFS is a marketplace: products are created and sold by independent sellers. While listings pass a content review process, we do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or fitness of any product for a particular purpose. The platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ExDFS’s total liability for any claim arising from your use of the platform is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

7. Payment Terms

Prices are displayed at checkout in the applicable currency. We currently accept cryptocurrency payments; available payment methods are always shown at checkout. Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible by nature — please review your order carefully before paying. Applicable taxes, network fees, or exchange-rate differences are the buyer’s responsibility.

8. Account Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, applicable law, or our policies. Upon termination for violation, access to purchased downloads may be revoked where the violation involves abuse of the download system or fraud.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at ExDFS’s place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Where mandatory consumer-protection laws in your country of residence grant you additional rights, those rights remain unaffected.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the site, and the “Last updated” date above will change. Continued use of ExDFS after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
